Our pricing philosophy is very simple, we promise that you will get personal hometown service at a very competitive price and know that the golf clubs that you purchase will be of outstanding value, superior quality, and be fitted and made just for you!
Premium Club Pricing
We fit every club to the individual golfer, each clubhead and shaft is ordered to the specific fitting requirements to maximize the performance of the golfer. So, Duckers Lake Golf Club Fitting and Repair Shop doesn’t have the typical “off the rack” prices that you find in most golf shops and stores. Because of our focus on the individual and maximizing the golfer's performance, our method of ordering only the specific products, the clubheads and shafts in the exact specifications needed by the golfer and including our other performance enhancing services, such as optimal shaft orientation, frequency matching shafts and prototype testing are included in the price of the club. We do not publish prices, since we don't know the price of a club until the fitting process is complete. Because of our unique pricing structure which includes the clubhead, shaft and other components, but also includes our quality assembly, service and the performance of the club, we think our prices are very competitive. Are Custom Clubs Cheaper?
It's no secret that custom clubs and even the "off the rack" pro-line clubs are available in many different price ranges. The difference in many of these clubs is quality of the materials and the assembly process. So many times the clubs that you can buy in the big box stores are cheaper, but not better! The mixture of the metals and alloys that the golf clubhead is made of and the amount of quality control that is used to ensure that the clubs meet the specifications is a huge factor in the price of the golf club. Duckers Lake Golf Club Fitting and Repair Shop selects only the best clubheads for our premium line, Wishon, Alpha, Infiniti, and Bang. So yes, there is a difference!, our custom-fitted premium club will be superior in performance to any of the comparable "off the rack" golf clubs.
What's Included in the Price?
The base price of our premium woods and hybrids includes a headcover, optimal shaft orientation and exact shaft frequency based on the golfer's swingspeed. The shaft for drivers and fairway woods are not initially part of the price of a wood. We feature and test with high quality performance shafts from Accra, Aldila, SK Fiber, Harrison and UST. See our shafts page for more information. Our standard shafts for our hybrids is a Wishon or SK Fiber graphite hybrid shaft.
The base price of our premium irons include additional iron playability features such as optimal shaft orientation, frequently matached shafts and other performance enhancing processes. Also, included is a steel shaft, a True Temper Dynalite is the standard shaft in Alpha and Infiniti irons and a Wishon Series 5 is standard shaft in Wishon irons.
We know that we fit and build a superior golf club, compared to the name brand "off the rack" golf clubs. We accomplish this by only using clubheads and shafts with superior quality and including our special performance enhancing steps!

Special Pricing
Because we do not carry an inventory, (except for some shafts and grips) we don't have inventory reduction or distress sales for last year's models. We will have special pricing on close-out demos of drivers, fairway woods and somtimes hybrid clubheads and some assembled demo clubs. If the clubhead is damaged, it's noted, but usually the clubhead has been hit in fitting sessions only. So golfers can obtain a great clubhead at a very reasonable price.
From time to time, such as the beginning or end of the season, we will have specials on some of our services, such as re-gripping.
Value Priced Clubs
For the beginner or infrequent golfer, we selected our "value priced" products to provide a reasonable quality golf club that doesn't require the investment of a premium club. These clubs are an excellent choice for beginning players or players that play infrequently. Our price includes a "Mini" fitting session so that the golfer is assured of buying a club that has the correct length, the proper shaft flex and a correctly sized grip.
